Warranty
Cougar Industrial footwear has a limited 6 month Manufacturers Warranty starting from the dated sales receipt. The Warranty covers manufacturing defects in both leather upper and polyurethane sole.

We would like to stress that the word Guarantee is not used as people will make every attempt to utilize these words for exchanging worn out footwear.

What is not covered:

Wear and Tear
Excessive Wear, including wear holes, lacerations and worn stitching
Heat damage from excessive exposure (above130 C)
Fit related problems, once the footwear has been worn outdoors
Footwear returned beyond the warranty period.
Return policy

Footwear should be returned to the original place of purchase and must provide proof of dated sales receipt.
